Good location, clean, nice bathroom
No facilities associated with a four star hotel. No reception area. No breakfast. Room quite Spartan and cramped. Bathroom under heated. Badly soundproofed. Noise coming from restaurant below.

We have stayed in this little hotel for 2 nights, everything was good, the location was unbeatable close to everything. Location: the venue was near to restaurants with easy access to walks, Ilfracombe on Saturday night, and the sea front and walking distance to the town centre. There was Lynbay Fish and Chips nearby, offering quick meals.

The room was beautifully decorated and we had a choice between two lovely king rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a fantastic walk-in shower. The location was very central, with public parking close by. We also appreciated the little touches, such as the welcome basket of goodies and the coffee machine in the room.
There was a lot of noise during our stay. There was street noise, which was to be expected in a busy area, but it was quite loud.
