Beautiful King Room was lovely. Missing a mini fridge was inconvenient.

This is not a hotel. It is two rooms and an apartment situated over a small restaurant
Good location, clean, nice bathroom
No facilities associated with a four star hotel. No reception area. No breakfast. Room quite Spartan and cramped. Bathroom under heated. Badly soundproofed. Noise coming from restaurant below.

We have stayed in this little hotel for 2 nights, everything was good, the location was unbeatable close to everything. Location: the venue was near to restaurants with easy access to walks, Ilfracombe on Saturday night, and the sea front and walking distance to the town centre. There was Lynbay Fish and Chips nearby, offering quick meals.

The room was spotless, I had wonderful experience.
There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an iron with ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV inside the room. Impeccable services were available.

The room was gorgeous and I loved the lovely tea and coffee facilities! Relaxing on the sun terrace with a good book was perfect after a long day, and the beautiful bathroom was a nice surprise. A mini fridge would have been handy, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

Just a prime choice for a walk in the evening in Ilfracombe with great value for money. The room was comfortable, but we could have used a mini fridge. Bring a dust pan and brush if you enjoy beach walks and want to tidy up a bit!

A Fantastic Stay with Amazing Dining Experience!
Recently spent 4 nights in a Beautiful King Room with excellent comfort. Enjoyed amazing beach walks, although I wished for a mini fridge in our room. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was a highlight, with an really good three-course meal that left us wanting more. Definitely a hidden culinary gem!
